Caitlin has recently completed her Certificate III in Education Support, working one day a week as a School-Based Trainee. Her host employer praises her for providing exceptional support to trauma-affected students, ensuring they thrive in a predictable and supportive environment.

Her dedication doesn’t stop there- Caitlin has been a cornerstone of the classroom, ensuring smooth lessons and supporting both teachers and students alike. We’re thrilled to nominate Caitlin for trainee of the month.

Over the past year, Andrew has played a pivotal role in the $2M Police upgrade project, producing exceptional results. Despite limited training, Andrew showcased remarkable leadership, mentoring younger apprentices, managing workloads, and delivering high-quality, customised solutions.

Now excelling in the projects, Andrew continues to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence. Well-done, Andrew- you’re an inspiration to the team!

In his first placement with the GMS Paint crew, Delsin has exceeded expectations! Though painting isn’t his target career goal, he approaches the role with enthusiasm, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Third-party inspectors consistently praise his fantastic performance, and his obvious enjoyment of a job well done is inspiring to everyone around him. Great job, Delsin!
