The association meets annually to share research progress, meet with other researchers, and establish the association’s upcoming priorities.

In this year’s Congress theme, “Reckonings and Re-Imaginings,” the Congress community is invited to pause and reflect on the lessons we have learned, but also to begin the work of imagining and enacting the terms under which we might create a radically different world.

This conference aims to bring leading researchers together to explore contributions to theory, policy and practice revolving around a main theme of Work, Learning & Social Change.

This panel celebrates and honours Jack Quarter's many contributions to Canada's social economy and to OISE by featuring the work of four of his former OISE graduate students or current students influenced by his work.
