Tansey Builders is a quality-driven renovation and extension specialist seeking a 1st year Apprentice carpenter who is ready to roll up their sleeves and learn every aspect of the trade-from the ground up.Ìý

As an apprentice you will be involved in all stages of construction, including:
- Site set-out
- Framing and structural work
- lock-up carpentry
- fix and finishing carpentry
- client presentation and handover
This is a hands-on role where you won’t be stuck doing just one task- you'll be working closely with team of skilled tradesman across every aspect of the build process.Ìý
To be successful you will need to have the following:Ìý
- Ability to undertake physically demanding workÌý
- Be reliable and punctualÌý
- keen to learnÌý
- Have a basic knowledge of hand toolsÌý
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentryÌý
- Ability to get to and from work independentlyÌý
Preferred but not essential:Ìý
- Driver licence & Own carÌý
- A white cardÌý
- Completed a pre-apprenticeshipÌý
- Own toolsÌý
