What you'll be doing

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development

Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child

Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development
-
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre
What we're looking for

Certificate III or Diploma Trained Educators or equivalent qualification
-
Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting
-
Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children
-
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
-
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
